Shipping Information

Cyprus:

Orders are usually dispatched the same day and delivered within 24 hours via GAP Akis Express. Door-to-door delivery is available for select postcodes. For areas outside these postcodes, orders must be collected from the nearest GAP Akis Express location.

Europe and Rest of the World:

  • Interconnect Premium Service (EPG): Delivery within 7-14 working days (Europe only).

  • EMS Courier: Delivery within 4-7 working days (Europe) and 7-14 working days (Rest of the World).

  • UPS Courier: Delivery within 1-2 working days (Europe) and 4-5 working days (Rest of the World).

For UPS shipments, each package must not exceed 5 litres per order, and the alcohol content cannot exceed 70% ABV per bottle. Non-compliant orders will be cancelled and refunded.

UPS does not deliver to individuals in certain countries (e.g., US, Israel) and may require a company name and import license in some regions.

Customs and Import Duties

Alcohol products sold are subject to Cyprus taxation.

Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient. Customs policies vary, and recipients should contact their local customs office for more information.

Order Processing and Delivery

Your orders will be processed and delivered by Elite Cava. Delivery options and charges will be calculated at checkout. After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email, and once dispatched, a tracking number from the courier.
