Refunds and Returns

We do not accept any returns and we do not make refunds.

We take pride in packing your order to ensure that it arrives in perfect condition. Unfortunately, there are times when parcels incur damage while in transit.

Before signing for a shipment, please check the condition of the boxes. If a parcel shows clear signs of damage or leakage at the time of delivery, fill out a damage report to claim the goods.

We do not accept returns unless items were delivered in error. You are liable for the full cost of returning the product(s) and responsible for any damage until receipt is acknowledged. You must take reasonable care of the product(s) until returned. Damaged or tampered products may result in compensation claims against you. We reserve the right to collect product(s) at your cost if not returned within 14 days of notice.

If eligible, refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item(s) via the original payment method.


Cancellation

To cancel your order, contact us by phone before your order is shipped.

For UPS shipments, each package must not exceed 5 litres per order, and alcohol content cannot exceed 70% ABV per bottle. Non-compliant orders will be cancelled and refunded.


Exceptions to Refunds and Returns

Refunds and returns are not applicable for:

  • Goods affected by financial market fluctuations (e.g., rare collectibles or vintage items)

  • Personalized, custom-made, or commissioned products

  • Sealed goods unsealed after delivery for hygiene reasons (e.g., collectible whisky)

  • Perishable goods or those with rapid expiry

  • Goods inseparably mixed with other items after delivery.
